Tinubu's influence helped get SW votes but its not like he was giving every voter money.

Tinubu didnt give money to 22million Nigerians to vote for Buhari.
Else Ribadu that campaigned under Tinubu's ACN would have won in 2011.

Buhari was voted in because GEJ was a failure after 4years.

People thought Buhari would be better as he was the only realistic alternative.
That was the main reason why 22million Nigerians voted for Buhari in 2015.
