1. Then you missed the point altogether. Was the 7 churches in Asia Minor made up of Jews only?

2. Why did John call all faithful believers in these churches to be Priests in Revelation 1 v 6?
1. I didn't miss your point. I simply choose not to be confused by the meaningless things here is all .

I was not there 2000 years ago and so cannot assume the make-up of the churches. However, I can note instead the audience of the letters written by John to each of the churches. undecided

2. John never called all faithful believers in the church to be priests... instead it is quite clear from the context that John instead referred to the sinners who Jesus Christ called - those of the lost sheep of Israel that He came for - and made free from their sins by his blood sacrifice, as priests. This is a simple matter of comprehension abeg! undecided

1. Where exactly in Revelation 1 v 6 did John call only Jewish believers to be priests of God?

2. See Jesus’ promise to the faithful believers church in Thyatira; was it only for the Jewish believers in that church?

Revelation 2 v 26-27;
26 To the one who is victorious and does my will to the end, I will give authority over the nations

27 that one ‘will rule them with an iron scepter and will dash them to pieces like pottery’ just as I have received authority from my Father.

3. See the attributes of the partakers of the first resurrection;

Revelation 20 v 4-5;
4 I saw thrones on which were seated those who had been given authority to judge. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony about Jesus and because of the word of God. They had not worshiped the beast or its image and had not received its mark on their foreheads or their hands. They came to life and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
5 (The rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were ended.) This is the first resurrection.

Kobojunkie, is it only Jewish believers that are killed for their testimony of Jesus? Is it only Jewish believers that’ll reject the mark of the beast?

Pay attention to the fonts bolded in red (Christ’s promise to the Thyatira church vis a vis the believers who’ll reign with Christ). Tell us Christ was only referring to Jewish believers in Thyatira, lmao.

1. Again, the actual makeup of the church itself is not of importance. What is instead of importance is the audience of the message from John to the church and that audience happens to be a Jewish one going by the content of his letter from almost 2000 years ago. undecided

2. YES! Jesus Christ's blood paid the sin debt they owed to God's Old Law, and as such they were redeemed from the Old Law by the blood of Jesus Christ - Matthew 26 vs 28 - 30. Those of us in the New Covenant have to stand faithful until the end before we can experience redemption in Jesus Christ, God's New Covenant Law - Matthew 24 vs 12- 13 & Mark 13 vs 13 undecided

3. God Himself made the Promise of priesthood only to those who were born Israelites in Exodus 19 vs 6. He never changed nor revoked that promise which He made only to those of the blood of israel. undecided

4. Clearly "us" applies to those who were made free from sin by the blood of Jesus Christ, those who were redeemed/bought by His blood - the Jewish Christians. undecided

You just told a barefaced lie there, sorry to be blunt. Only Jewish believers were redeemed by the blood of Jesus? Really?

The actual make up of the church is very important. It was made up of Jews and Gentiles which John called the priests who’ll serve God forever in Revelation 1 v 6

Basic comprehension Kobojunkie, if Paul’s primary audience is the Jewish believers in Ephesus, how does the pronoun “You” refer to strangers of the covenant and aliens of the common wealth of Israel?

Why is the pronoun “You” rather than “them” used by Paul to describe Ephesians as Gentiles in the flesh?

Straightforward comprehension.

It’s a lie because Ephesians 2 v 11-13 proves the Gentiles were also redeemed by the blood of Jesus. Not just Jewish believers.

11 Therefore, remember that formerly you who are Gentiles by birth and called “uncircumcised” by those who call themselves “the circumcision” (which is done in the body by human hands)

12 remember that at that time you were separate from Christ, excluded from citizenship in Israel and foreigners to the covenants of the promise, without hope and without God in the world.

13 But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far away have been brought near by the blood of Christ.

Hahahaha, Kobojunkie is telling us gentiles redeemed by the blood of Jesus are not part of God’s holy people, but only Israel is God’s holy people under a priesthood already annulled?

Hebrews 7 v 18-19;
18 For there is verily a disannulling of the commandment going before for the weakness and unprofitableness thereof.

19 For the law made nothing perfect, but the bringing in of a better hope did; by the which we draw nigh unto God.

Please show us where Jesus mentioned the promise of Priesthood and believers ruling alongside him is just for Jewish believers only.

Where in the book of Revelation?

How can a gentile redeemed by the blood of Christ not be God’s holy person?

God told you that His Old Covenant is an everlasting Covenant which He made with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob - Deuteronomy 30 vs 15 - 20... Jesus Christ even affirmed this in Matthew 5 vs 17 - 19. So why do you not trust the Words of God? Why do you instead think that the Old Covenant, along with all its systems, has been done away with? undecided

Ephesians 3 v 6 says Gentiles are now FELLOWHEIRS and partakers of that promise.

6 This mystery is that through the gospel the Gentiles are heirs together with Israel, members together of one body, and sharers together in the promise in Christ Jesus

To your second question read Galatians 2 v 24-31

Revelation 5 v 9-10;

9 And they sang a new song, saying:
“You are worthy to take the scroll and to open its seals because you were slain, and with your blood you purchased for God persons from every tribe and language and people and nation.
10 You have made them to be a kingdom and priests to serve our God, and they will reign on the earth.”

Kobojunkie, perhaps we should also have a look at Revelation 7 v 9-10 & 13-14 too.

9 After this I looked, and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb. They were wearing white robes and were holding palm branches in their hands.

10 And they cried out in a loud voice:
“Salvation belongs to our God,
who sits on the throne,
and to the Lamb.”

13 Then one of the elders asked me, “These in white robes—who are they, and where did they come from?”

14 I answered, “Sir, you know.”

And he said, “These are they who have come out of the great tribulation; they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

15 Therefore,
“they are before the throne of God

Zero correlation. You earlier admitted not only Jews would be killed in the great tribulation. However in Revelation 7 v 9-10 & 13-14, it clearly mentioned the multitude is every believer that came out of the great tribulation, and this multitude will serve God day and night in his temple.

Are you now telling us the multitude which represents saints that came out of the great tribulation are only Jews?

Is this a joke?

I disagree, John’s vision relates to events that’ll happen in heaven.

Isaiah’s prophecy relates to events that’ll happen on earth at the start of the millennial reign of Christ.
