Iheanacho is completely useless in this half. He's not pressing, nor making any positive offensive moves.

That's never a penalty in any league or proper international game with competent officiating.

The Algerian had already missed the shot before the foul. Africans and refereeing don't mix.

Nigeria have been more solid in defence than I can remember. Well organised without the ball and keeping their shape most of the time. Algeria have had more of the ball without any real threats. They've not created anything of note.

The area for improvement for us is pressing as a team! You only need one player to not press and the rest are wasting their energy doing it.

We should have gone into the break 2 nil up! Thank God there's nothing at stake.
