That recruitment was obvious it will end like this, the whole process was more of abracadabra, they knew what they were doing. Na una wey dey wait base on "one kain believe" i just dey laugh all this while because e been don dey obvious say monkey hand don resemble human being hand for this recruitment long time ago.


Incase you want to argue first ask yourself why people that get called for the APL didn't announce here to confirm if others are receiving immediately they saw it (like a typical recruitment process on NL, u know now! When email for test came in, didn't you people put the screenshots here?) and why is nobody willing to come out open that they've receive the APL? Because they know how far

Not necessarily fair...but atleast it should have been realistic ...

We are all aware of how bad nepotism and backyard connections have affected government recruitments in the past, but NEVER has it been this blatant to the extent that there is no proof of anyone who got in on merit (mind you I don't believe that statement that people were called from merit list and told not to speak), and there is no way anyone would say that all those that got the calls are not on this thread, cos if that's true then it makes it all the more suspicious

No one has talk about EH yet if they are called, will be call or not to be call like NNPC

That test itself was fraudulent & filled with irregularities....Alot of people cheated & even a week after, some people where still writing same test with same questions..I agree as well, they should have just asked 4 applicants CVs... Since they don't even plan 4 interviews (which I think is very important 4 such a sensitive organisation aim at local content development) except Ofcourse they don't do much thier except collect salaries

They're simply sharing APL to there new employees and it has nothing to do with that mumbo-jumbo you called recruitment, after how many years you're still referring to that........

How I wish applicants will seek justice via social media. This does not depict the new Nigeria we all desire. Unfortunately, the applicants are not many.

Customs recruitment took long too (2019 to 2021) and ended successfully with majority if not all on merit. The customs boss stood for transparency.

Kind advice: Keep hopes alive, but for your mental health, look other way

Please let’s not be too emotional about this. Right from the beginning, most applicants envisaged this but just remained hopeful. This agency is not the end of the world, as someone even did an interview with a different agency and was willing to leave NCDMB. To the successful ones congratulations, and to those that were not called, you can be successful and happier elsewhere!

I don't understand your point honestly. Like do u expect them to post the names of ppl that got the job publicly? The only organisations that I know that does that are the forces (police and the armed forces) or have u seen any other organisation that does that?
Yes there will be people that will get the job because they knw ppl (as expected of a govt organization even in private organizations too) but people will also get it on merit. The one person I knw that got the GT role has a strong BSc and a very strong foreign MSc and also internship experiences with two different IOCs, and also has a very high score in both tests we did. Let's even assume the person got it through "connect", abeg shey the person no merit am?
The thing is, it's not everyone that will get the job, the spaces available are limited. Even if they recruit a thousand GTs like NNPC, it won't still go round. So just accept it like that and move on, atleast we av closure now that the whole thing has been concluded.

Hello Newcastle. i know you usually have credible information. I want to ask, do you know if Experienced Hires have been contacted?. So far the information of APLs being distributed has been for the GTs. Do you know if they have commenced APL distribution for EH or if at all it will be completed(NNPC comes to mind). Kindly respond if you have information on this. Thanks.

Chairman, I think the challenge here is why they will give employment/APL and ask the employees/applicant not to tell anyone they were given APL what kind of threat were they given such that people are actually scared of revealing that they were given APL even in a faceless group,

My Arewa brother don't be afraid. The requirement you stated for EH Applicants was for one not to be above 40 years old by 31st of December, 2020.

They're working on the final list. They might likely not be Oral Interviews again, even if they sent out mails for that, it would be as good as securing the employment already. This information is from a personal staff of the Chief Executive. Thank you.
