If you will be needing a residence permit CARD, opening a bank account, you will need to have an accommodation in YOUR NAME.

Begin application for an apartment from the Studentewerk of your school (https://studentenwerk.sh/de/wohnheime-kiel) and contact whoever you will be working with for suggestion.
6 months is a very long time.

Wow na wa o. I booked Jan 21st, 2022, was hoping to get an interview date by December this year or early January. this one that some November and December people haven't gotten, na wa o. Maybe they have put all cat B applications on hold till next year.

Please if there is anyone that has gotten an appointment date this month. please help us share. so we can know if the queue is moving.

All the same, If we have waited this long, God will see us till the end by the grace of God.

I also think you will get your appointment anytime soon, worst case scenario late December. so just be hopeful. please don't forget to share when you get it. all the best.

So my Nairalander*innen :sit with popcorn for Testimony.first of ,I have never been a fan of traveling out but ending 2020 ,the spritz just came ,was supposed to be uk but e no just jig,January I started language classes in order to get b2 so I can apply for nursing training.may 2021 booked my appointment so that I can wait for a year ,continued with my classes ooh till feb I was supposed to write I missed the Goethe Exams ,I said ok no wahala.March 20th became terribly down ,did a major life operations and after then I was like *Omo I no fit write April*,I no strong to travel by road ,considering I had spent a lot on my health *.But I say anyhow way na way.I registered went to write the exam ,two weeks later results came out I smashed ..next was applications.I sent to more than 50 hospitals only 7 granted me interviews.I got 5 places but had to choose one .signed my contract July 15th .submitted all documents necessary in July till second week of sep dead silence ,because they were on summer holiday,I removed my mind .sept 15th gbam pre approval mail came ,booked appointment same day ,AD came out the next day.sep 23 did my interview ,even when the devil wanted to be funny ,God came through.started waiting for AM.Gbam Oct 21st ,Approval mail came …submitted travel dates on 25th and booked my flight because of dollar rate Omo tension ,Devil wicked but God was faithful .Then the alien authority of my city contacted me ,that they have contacted the embassy and was told that I have been asked to send travel date and insurance .I replied I have sent it since a week ago.the next day I called the embassy and it was shipped out on Thursday (3rd) and the next day (Friday) got my visum.not to forget,there were sad days and depression ,anger and frustration .But I give God all the glory ,once a dream is now a reality.if I can get it from Nigeria(Ausbildungsvisa),u also can .Glory be TO GOD.

Congrats! Please could I find out what hospital you applied to that offered the pre approval? Also did you require an Anerkennung for your school leaving certificate? If so how did you go avoid it?
