I edited a java app to change the language but always if a edited anything in a particular class i complie and it tells me general exception pls all programming gurus of the forum pls tell me what a the cause and possible way out

You want to change the programming language (Java) to another language?

Except if the language is interoperable with Java like kotlin that it can go smooth otherwise, you will have to rewrite the app from scratch in your preferred language.

i meant lyk the game language lyk rus to eng do i need to edit every line of the class in my preferred language for it to work explain pls

I solved the problem for the general exeception but now do anyone know any java app that can open/edit .bin files and connect to the internet

Bin editor on Playstore. Idk if your phone is compatible tho but check.
