They don't know that in law suit, you don't bring out all your "jokers" at once. You do what they called substitution of suits and amendments depending on the dynamics of the case.

The only truth here is that the people saying PO will lose in court are ONLY saying it cos they are 100% sure that you cant find justice in Nigerian courts. This was exactly the same reason why they were so confident that BAT will win, not because he had the support of the majority but because they are 100% sure the process has been rigged.
Our institutions are the problem of our democracy and not even the leaders or their followers

I always knew the drug case will catch everyone's attention including that of urchins!
The drug case is simply a mere distraction by Obi lawyers!
The evidence of nationwide rigging and the fact that inec did not even follow their own laid down regulations which is an extension of the amended electoral laws including the outright refusal of inec to permit Obi lawyers and tech experts to inspect the BVAS materials despite a court order is one of the main prayers of the petitioners(Obi)

For what I know, if nothing would come out of that prayer, they won't list it. Obi isn't just listing things, he knew that the election will end up in the court so they had planned for the court even before the election. This is what people don't know.

Again, at this point, the lawyers truly know what will fly in court and what wouldn't fly. They are not children. All of them have sat and looked critically at each point. These are guys with so much experience so there's no cause for alarm.

They'll argue the case in such a way that the Supreme Court chief can't say no to them. At least the electoral law was grossly violated. So I strongly believe Tinubu can't get away with most prayers of the Labor Party.

The court wouldn't even ask if Tinubu was into drugs or not. You can provide an old video of Tinubu doing a drug deal in Chicago and this would still be thrown out. Aside the issue of jurisdiction, the question the court would consider are two

1- Was he ever convicted of any crimes including money laundering or drug dealing

Answer - No

2- Was Tinubu screened by the DSS and cleared to run

Answer - Yes

It's important that Nigerians don't suffer from gaslighting

The main issues which would be discussed are the AWS with regards to BVAS and to a lesser extent IREV (there is no requirements for INEC to operate IREV in the electoral act, they are only required to have a bank of the data, maintain and make it available to any party upon payment of a fee )

Abuja 25% question needs to be interpreted,as we know there is a 1man- 1vote there notion of Abuja electorate holding a veto should put that to paid

There's no issue regarding the 25%..

It's not a must to have 25% in FCT before you can win an election..

Abuja is not a state, but during National elections, the law stated that FCT should be treated like a state... which means Nigeria has 37 states during National elections..

And with that, the requirements is still 25% in at least 24 states. Doesn't matter which states among the 37 states, as long as you've got your 25%, then you're a winner!
