Any body who knows how to drive would know that it takes a car between 15-30secs to overtake a truck on a road so clear and free.

In those 15-30 seconds, if the man rammed into the thieves, they would not have run away with their loot. What would the driver have done? Stop the truck some kilometers away from the crime area and lose much more?

Cowards die many times before their death. Many of your likes who witness people facing challenges, would rather take images, than provide help that potentially could save lives.
