Nwaneri started again and saw 67 minutes of action. Another decent performance as they ramp up his minutes.

Paris FC 0-2 Marseille 77 minute

Excellent response from the boy today. I'm really worried about Saka's injury. Hopefully he's back soon.

The Gyokeres I saw today is the Gyokeres I've always wanted to see. I needed him to unlock his 'bossy', 'arrogant' and 'bully' self and he is already on the way.

Odegaard showed small improvement. I con dey wonder if na the say Odegaard dey give through passes.

Bonus: I'm sure all the birds in the sky around Elland road are going to have special thanksgiving tomorrow as Noni played like human today

See as match sweet as Leeds come out to attack. Is that too hard?

BTW, let it be announced in Persia, Jerusalem and Merseyside. Let the message reach Master Arne that we scored another goal from set piece today.
Let it be known to him that our joint highest goalscorer this season is Own Goal.

Great game today. I hope Noni and Eze get their G/A soon. The way Jesus played when he came on was sweet. Seems the sub on brings the needed fire. Or is it because na Leeds? If Saka no go dey, let Martinelli start that RW. He seems to have sweet foot crosses that Noni lacks. Guy also is good for that CF role mehn. The way he runs during counter.

No... It's complicated. The teams competing in playoff are facing Bayern or Arsenal. Check the chart. Bayern or Arsenal appear twice

Big shout out to Havertz, he put up a good performance in that position today. I really loved the decisiveness with which we played with today. Moved the ball to dangerous zones quickly and the crosses/ cut backs weee on time, no time for unnecessary dancing. Gyokores kept that backline engage and was a handful for them. Glad he scored but needs to be quicker in taking his shots, defenders over here recover quick.

Overall, perfect response. Please keep Odegaard on the bench!

LFC home form can be a blessing in disguise, they are playing city next.
Hopefully they get all or something out of the game
We should do our own part and not drop momentum

Shout out to Arteta for making the big call of dropping Odegaard.

Even Odegaard too was a bit better when he came.

The good thing about being benched is that it gives you time to reflect on your game.

I hope Saka injury isn’t too serious. Naso Calafiori start before you know, he was out for weeks.

That was why I said it loud and clear the other day that they are only angry because arsenal has been more effective at scoring those cornerkicks than any other team.

The data available showed most big teams are not far off arsenal as far as scoring corner kick goals are concerned. Arsenal vs Chelsea first leg, they scored a corner kick against us and in the build up to that corner, Enzo was clearly hassling Raya to unsettle him shortly before Chalobah nods the ball home.

A team that does that does not have any moral to be complaining about arsenal players putting the ball behind the net following a goal mouth scramble.

What you see in most of their complaints is admiration turned to hate.

I understand some arsenal fans not being happy we struggle to score at times and have to rely on corners for breakthrough, but sincerely I do not appreciate arsenal fans who join rival fans to troll their own club with that corner kick goal diss. Yesterday when we scored 2 goals from Corner/set piece now, none of our fans said they will not celebrate because the goals resulted from Corner kicks. So I wonder why they would always join rivals to troll their own clubs when the chips are down.

E no just dey normal to do.

Did we struggle against scummies? Yes
Did we depend on corner kicks to create chances against scummies and the last 3 matches? Yes

Case close!!!

They're just bitter. If we win the league, they won't write 'won by corners' there.

Funny thing is most of these rival clubs sometimes copy Arsenal during corner kicks too. I've seen their players do the back post run ours usually did.

Las las dem go dey alright

Perfect weekend for us. City play Liverpool next weekend while we take on Sunderland. We have winnable fixtures in February. We just need to take care of our own business.
