I wish to apply for Ndlea clearance certificate and i can't provide all the necessary documents required. Please i need your help, do you know anybody who can help me get it as soon as possible?

NDLEA clearance is getting tougher and expensive which depends on if you choose to be in hurry , i will advise you take the simple step of applying and meeting the requirements , go to shaw road with your guarantors and keep calling the office in person a week after submission , atleast you might be very lucky to get cleared in 3 weeks.Best bet , travel down to the NDLEA command at your state of origin, your file can be handled there in just 24hrs ,an extra 10k to send the file to lagos for final clearance will do you good , and once the file is sent , travel to lagos 3 days after and keep disturbing whoseoever is in charge of your file, a tip of 3k will also do you good and in two weeks exactly or less than , you should get cleared.

In lagos, the officers will have to do background check by visiting your house or place of work , and that of your guarantor too,and the time of visitation depends on when the officer thinks is right , it could be 2 months after submission or less, but iat your place/state of origin , where most of them are less busy and only get few application files to handle in a week , you have better chances than those in lagos state.Though travel expenses might also be incurred ,but you have a choice to make.

there is no agent for ndlea clearance, no short cut or back doors....just get those requirement and apply directly, they wil fast track ur documents if u visit time to time, u are sure to get ur clearance fast if u ar using it for study purpose.....dont use fake bank statement ooooo......ndlea are very strict, just make sure al ur documents are authentic.....

Guys you forgot to mention the country you are visiting and what kind of visa requires it..

My brother,Am going to Thailand with student visa...

the clearance is just a paper, bank info will not appear, just a letter that u ar cleared, and ur passport number, they wil give u photocopy and send the original to embassy.. Dont use fake bank account, if u do..hmmmmmmmmmm.....u must provide all those requirement, no matter who u ar, they ar very strict and tough dis days..

Please people if I don't have all these requirement what are the chances of me being cleared.Like that Tax stuff me I never pay tax before oo.

APPLICANTS FOR VISA CLEARANCE MUST POSSESS THE FFLW
1.Evidence of business status/occupation
2.evidence of link overseas
3.bank draft of 10,000 naira payable to CHAIRMAN/CHIEF EXECUTIVE ,NDLEA, photocopy of the bank draft should be done and paymnt made to the account unit NDLEA for issuance of FGN treasure reciept ,after whivh tow photocopies of the reciept shpld be made
4.photocopy of tax clearance certiicate
5.letter from town union or local government of origin
6. a file jacket
7.six passport photos without eye glasses
8.photocopy of last five pages including the laminated data page of traveling ppt
9.type wriiten applicsation addressed to the chairman/executive ,NDLEA titlesd application 4 clearance
10 in writting state who is sponsoring the trip,how much and the source of the finance
11.a copy of statement of sponsor
12.prodocution of two gurantors for interview, father/mother.brother/sister,wife/husbnd gurantors not allowed
13.married women should bring leter of approval to travel from their husband

A GURANTOR MUST PRODUCE ANY OF THE FOLOWING
IF A CIVIL SERVANT/EMPLOYEES OF A RECOGNISED CORPORATION

1.HE/SHE MUST BE A SENIOR IVIL SERVAN FROM gl 10 AND ABOVE,OR MANGEMENT STAFF OF A RCOGNISED CORPORATION
2.MUST BRING A LETTER OF INTRODUCTION FROM EMPLOER /MINISTRY WITH OFFICIAL RFERENCE NUMBER

Like I wrote earlier , there is no short cut to ndlea clearance...just ensure you meet the requirements in this particular order for those who intend to study

1.Statement of account
2.Letter of sponsorship , stating the source of fund in the sponsor's account
3.Your credentials and possibly admission letter from whatever foreign institution inviting you
4.A bank draft of 10,000 naira addressed to the chairman/chief executive NDLEA
5.A completed application form, (this can only be issued to you once you show your bank draft)
6.Two guarantors.the guarantors must be present for an interview mostly monday to wednesday only.the guarantor must also write letters of commitment to also identify with you, that incase you are caught with drugs or any drug related offences, they will be held responsible.
7.Evidence of identification such as international passport or national I'd card of your guarantor
8.Letter of introduction from where your guarantor works and letter of employment of your guarantors

Take all these to 4shaw road ikoyi incase you reside in lagos and if you reside in any part of the country asides lagos, head to the command in your state and make the submission there.please this is nigeria, if you need it fast there is no way you won't greese their elbow.or your file will get missing with time and possibly your invitation, admission letters might become useless
Finally do not go with a falsified bank statement of account.
If a company is sponsoring you, ensure you have evidence of tax payment, certificate of incoporation and form Co7( the form Co7 has in it the names of the directors or share holders of the LLC

Its easier doing it in lagos than any part of this country, as you are likely to spend more money, time and atimes some dubious ndlea officers will start milking you in the name of clearance

@demson..honestly speaking,it has become a religious activity now to bribe your way through in this country..just follow the simple steps I laid down .let me know if you already have your letter of invitation from russia , if not I will advise you on what to do to save time.
