Start a blog... That's is one thing you should do. Before you squeeze your face and close this thread, calm down and finish this write up. It might be the best thing that ever happened to your life. Are you ready for the ride? Let's begin... Although I advise you to start a blog, I will tell you the truth...I'm one of the biggest failures when it comes to blogging. This was why... It was because I was trying so hard to be like Linda Ikeji. The day I found out she makes an average of 20million every month, I walked into a market, bought a modem and started a gossip blog. I mean, I was freaking desperate. I had looked for jobs here and there and I had come to be familiar with the "we regret to tell you" phrase...at that point anything wey be like say e go give money and I will just chuk head in. So That was how I chuk head into blogging till one day I came to my senses and just told my self one thing: THE APPROACH I WAS TAKING WAS JUST NOT WORKING... Now write this down: No gossip blog will ever be as popular as Linda Ikeji's blog ever again in Nigeria... Do you get that? All this gossip blogs here and there, na joke dem dey joke....the days of building massive income out of a gossip blog are over. So don't expect me to teach you how to use a blog for gossip... That stuff na waste of time. I did it, don't do it. The one event that changed my life and made me really really come to my senses was when I saw one advert on Facebook. This was the advert title: "How to turn a simple blog into your personal ATM and earn 150k in less than 30days". Gate fee: 20k The price was high, the title sounded like wash. But you know what I did? I borrowed 30k from a friend and from Enugu I travelled to Lagos where the seminar was to hold. When you have looked for Job for a long time without success you will do desperate things, trust me. What I learnt from that seminar changed my life for over. ...And I'm going to teach you everything I learnt in that 20k seminar plus 5 years afterwards for free...here on Nairaland. HOW TO MAKE 150K FROM HOME WITH JUST A BLOG (Part 2) Hey friend... Sorry it took me long to continue the article. I've been terribly busy (man gas chop and you can't chop if you don't work)...but I keep my words, so here goes... Today I'm going to teach you what exactly you should do with a blog to make at least 150k every month 60days (or less) after starting it up... Let's roll. To make money with a blog you need to do what people do to make money online... And that is: SELL SOMETHING. Yeah, sounds like an obvious answer doesn't it? I mean... - Linda ikeji sells adverts space on her blog - Facebook sells advert space - Bella Naija sells advert space - Nairaland sells advert space I see hundreds of Nigerians trying to build up traffic on their blog so they can sell adverts one day ....Just like linda Ikeji Bad move.... The days of building traffic to sell ADs are over...you might pull it off but it will cost you two things. Money (for massive advert of your blog) TIME (which fit reach 10 years sef with the competition going on around) My advise to you is this; don't build a blog to sell advert space. In this article I will show you why planing to sell ad is not a good idea and what exactly you should sell on a blog to easily turn it into your personal ATM. Years ago when the internet was just coming into Nigeria building a gossip blog that pulls in traffic would have been a good idea... This is 2014; it won't work. Why? The traffic is already taken...trying to beat nairaland or linda's blog is almost the same thing as trying to start a car company and compete with major car companies... You need huge resources and advert budget to do that. So what else can you sell on a blog apart from adverts... Simple; sell a shop? Confused? I will explain in the next article how to turn a blog into a shop, what exactly to sell in your "Blog shop" and how you can sell it so that the presence of Jumia will not stop you from making huge profit PS: if I don't get up to 20 comments under this write up from people interested in learning this then I will assume people are not interested in the topic and won't continue the article I'm a busy man, I won't waste my time writing stuff people are not interested in... HOW TO MAKE 150K EVERY MONTH WITH JUST A BLOG...PART 3 Hi friend... Damn the 20 comments...I'm bored and I feel like writing, let's do this. Where did we stop? I have mentioned you need to start a shop on a blog, right? I know you are looking at the phrase "start a shop on a blog" and wondering what on earth I'm talking about. Chill, I will explain. The other day I was discussing with a guy who just left school, dude learnt programming somewhere along the line and sees himself like some sorta mini future Mark Zukerberg and wants to start an e-shop website like Jumia. I gave one big laugh and didn't say anything; there are people you don't argue with because it would be plain useless (that guy can like not to gree)...if you are starting out and don't have enough capital then don't freaking try to fight Jumia or Konga. You go loose The reason for telling you that story is to make something very clear: when I say open a shop on a blog I don't mean you should start thinking Jumia or Konga... That stuff will cost you senseless...start a blog, package information and sell the information on the blog. Alright, I can see you going like: "information ke, which kind talk be that one". Chill, I will explain. I make 20k in 2hours just for helping people write adverts. Two times I have charged a big company 200k just for writing one page of advert....and I will still charge them another one next month And you know what I do to earn that? I just sit behind my laptop and type an advert while sipping a can of beer....that easy I sell a service and I sell it with a blog. I really want you to get this. Just chill. So why do people pay me that huge amount to write them one page of advert. Simple; because I'm freaking good in writing (lol, I must boast o) and two; I'm freaking persuasive and my Adverts make people money. I won't go into writing adverts in this article. Now let's talk about what you can sell on YOUR own blog. Turning a blog into a shop basically means; you start a blog and you sell either a product or a service you are good at using that blog....as simple as that (I will show you how to do that in a bit) . A lot of people go online to dupe people while they can make clean neat money online and still have the customers coming back for more... You see eh, one thing about internet fraud is when you defraud someone then you loose that person for life...that's really silly. In this business I'm about to teach you; one customer buys from you and returns again and again and again...that's the koko, that's the kind of business you should be thinking of Now, one major thing you should sell on your blog are information products. What are they? Telling you a story of the one I first sold will give you an example. In my 3rd year at the university of Nigeria Nsukka, I met a girl who taught me some dangerously effective mindgame that can make most girls want to sleep with you. I tested it; it worked (Gad forgive me. Lol). I went on my laptop, went to Ms-words and typed a 29 page document teaching these secrets then converted it to pdf. Then I went to facebook, created an ad and within two weeks I sold 50 copies. Guess how much I priced each of them: 2000naira. Now, times 2k by 50. Yeah, the money might be small to you but getting that amount in my 3rd year from almost nothing made me smile like a cow...it felt freaking good For a 29 page pdf file... Did the buyers feel ripped off because they bought a 29 pdf file for 2k. Sure, about three of them did. Called me and asked for a refund and because I gave them a money back guarantee I refunded them. Now what about the others, they were freaking happy. Some called me to thank me for having been "helpful" through that book and I asked if I had more of the secrets to sell. For a 29 page pdf sold at 2k... So why I'm I saying this....simple; if you sell information that really solves a problem people won't care about the price. They will buy it and thank you for selling it to them. in the next write up I will tell you how to set up the business and how you can go about it so people won't see you like another 419er who wants to carry their money and run. I mean, it takes trust for someone to pay money into your account so you will email him a pdf Plus I will teach you how to be convincing so people will want to buy "a 29 page pdf" from you for 2k.
