Hi all, I saw some very impressive salaries on the Landmark University recruitment site, Here they are:
Landmark University Academic Salary Structure (LUASS) – Annual

Lecturer II without a Ph.D. (LUASS 08) = 1, 677,644 – 2,454,439
Lecturer II with a Ph.D. (LUASS 08a) = 1,814,460 – 2,540,726
Lecturer I without a Ph.D. (LUASS 10) = 2,144,827 – 3,343,503
Lecturer I (with PhD) (LUASS 10a) = 2,287,995 – 3,450,737
Senior Lecturer (LUASS 12) = 3,525,689 – 5,276,154
Associate Professor (LUASS 13) = 4,296,174 – 6,411,986
Professor (LUASS 14) = 5,214,361 – 7,678,074
Now my question is, are these salaries before tax or after tax, cos at a tax rate of 24%, these will shrink a bit.

This should be basic salary only

Not every. .some r undergoing Phd programmes that's why we have GA's and Asst. lecturers. Some even have two masters.

D Salary is after Tax, Av worked there b4 as a Non-Academic Staff in its Sister University @Ota dat is CU with 35k as d salary after Tax. So d Salary u see there is after Tax with other deductions like House Rent in d Compound worth 29K 4 a three bedroom flat also 2 be paid is prepaid meter bill of 31kobo per Kilobyte. So d Salary u see there is simply as u think it entails some other payments.
