But early this month I got a mail asking me to attend an interview somewhere around ikoyi. I went and I got a success mail the next day. also started work the following week. the pay and working conditions are beyond my expectations too. just posting this to encourage people to apply for jobs especially the confidential ones on jobberman because I think that's where the real deal is.

In my widest dream, I never thought that anything good can come out of jobberman!

My present Job was through Jobberman (asides just few other invites), Yes Jobberman! The truth is that not all the Jobs there are for real, infact some say 80% of the Jobs there are fake, they may be correct.

However, you need not to be Inundated by your Job-search to the extent of being too careless. Some may be a 50/50 chance, especially the 'confidential' 'cos the name of the company isn't usually stated. But the ones stated, confirm the coy's name from the web if they exist, if not, why then should you apply?

The genuine jobs there are:
* Obvious vacancies on other Job-sites
* Vacancies from reputable firms who do not want to receive to many applications (just like I confirmed where i am).
The Truth is that a lot of firms know & use jobberman, especially for very urgent experienced-hire positions. Most of the 'scammers' use entry-level to entice job seekers, needless to say, some genuine entry level jobs may be there.

N/B: In my early search i received hundreds thousands of fake GNLD job invites(thank God i have never fallen for them) , this made me conclude Jobberman was a Joke. But being more scrupulous, i adapted to the pros&cons and found head-way.

Tips: Apply early, @least within few hours after the job-post (after confirming its authenticity, or if you want to play the 50/50 risk).

This should be one of the best posts i've read online this year, Thumbs up bro and congrats on your Job. He who has ears LET HIM HEAR! or you can still decide to sit back, act dumb and foolish and think we are Jobberman Marketers.

This is exciting and I do agree with SegunMike and Amakal because I get paid monthly today because I applied for a job on Jobberman. The truth is there are a lot of job seekers out there and there would always be competition.

I have never been a fan of jobs website but decided to try around April 2013. I saw three cool job ads and applied. I only got one invite for an interview and to the Glory of God, that is where I am till date. I could have lost the job to if I messed up during the interview or if they had another choice. The truth is that I was invited for an interview and that makes sense.

Its not about Jobberman but you (if you do it smartly and if you have what it takes). Like SegunMike did mention, applying early is the key as employers get to view your application before thousands of others. Another trick is to look for job postings by employers who want their names to be confidential. I am aware they pay to go 'confidential' to avoid noise and rubbish applications.
