Is it your business? Don't speak ignorantly, there is a process for the reception of Holy Communion. One, you must be a practicing christian. Two, you must attend catechism classes and pass the attendance requirement and test/exams. Three, you must be anointed by a Priest. Four, you must receive the first sacrament on the day as appointed by the church.
