It has been made easy for you.. read the thread below in the link for full details, compliment of HsLBroker and Engineer Segzy14.
Please read the thread in details and leave a "Thank You" message for the writers.

https://www.nairaland.com/2095730/simplest-way-calculate-numbers-blocks

In summary, according to Engineer Segzy14
Total perimeter of fence is: 120ft plus 240ft = 360ft
360ft x 12inches = 4320inches / 18inches = 240 lines of blocks
For 7ft High fence: 240 x 9 coaches = 2160 blocks also add 10% = 216 blocks
For the cement is: 2160/60 = 36 bags for 6inches while (1 Bag cement for 60 blocks)
and for 9 inches blocks it is: 2160/50 = 43 bags of cement (1 Bag cement for 50 blocks)

For Labour:
The bricklayers fee should be 2160 blocks x 50 naira/block = 108,000 naira.
But it all depends on your bargaining power it can be 45-50 naira per block.

Remember you will also need sand, gravels or granite, and if using concrete pillars (columns) instead of blocks, you will need iron rods.
And please note that this is for a normal dry land, and not waterlogged land that may need some level or raft foundation below laying regular blocks.
