not exactly. are we going to buy any scratch card? the one i refer to is the one on the direct entry card.
on the portal it shows jamb reg no, retype & pin.
or are we to buy a card?

It's not the DE registration card. We'll have to buy another card. They gave directions on how to:

check jamb portal wit ur reg, if ur offered admission u will knw b4 proceeding to get d skul card
