It happened exactly as I predicted it. If they say GEJ is clueless, Buhari is even lower than clueless becos he made mockery of a very 'crafty' Tinubu by remembering exam number of 53years ago all of a sudden.
Buhari cannot remember his current phone number.
Buhari cannot remember his running mates name.
BUT Buhari remembers his exam number from 54years
back

2. An Official working in Katsina State Ministry of Education could also have done that.
Your other question is "Why is Northern Nigeria Not Written"

This is another unfortunate thinking. As at 21/01/2015 when the result was released, Katsina State Government enjoys jurisdiction over the school. Only the Ministry can authorise such with their stamp through the school. This is a common sense issue.

One of your point was on the recommendation letter "he will pass". The question is Did he take the said exam after the letter was written or before? If the exam date was dated before the letter was written, then you have a point. But if it is after, please STFU! The only way to determine is through Katsina State Ministry of Education, Buhari's School or by writing to WAEC. Some things only require common Sense.

On whether or not Shehu Yaradua enlisted into the army in 1959 or so: Wikipedia can be edited, even by you and I. No reasonable individual endorse wikipedia content without confirming from verified source. The onus lies on you are other investigators to confirm the truthfulness or otherwise. I assure you that M.
