Xperia z2 is the android phone with best camera. I use an lg g3, the camera is amazing but z2 has a far better camera.

Sister, u can't get a phone that will give u better pictures for 60k not to talk of a professional camera. The nokia 808 would be very scarce to get now but it should be about 70k of u search well, u can even get a used one for less. Another phone that is close to the Nokia 808 is lumina 1020 which is 80k plus. The xperia z3 is about 100k and the camera is not better than lumia 1020, not even close to Nokia 808 pureview.

If u want a dedicated camera that can do the job, look for Nikon D3100 which is not very expensive compared to others. U cab even get a used one for like 60k.

I currently use both devices and can confidently tell you that Xperia Z2 takes nice HD photos.

Downloading a third party camera app gives better result.

Though a bit costly, I'll suggest you get a Lumia 1020.
Thing is, Nigeria's dusty atmosphere doesn't give HD pictures the shine they possess except in certain, serviced and refined environments.

After resizing them, they appear to have lost a lot of quality and details.

Phone was iPhone 6+

I will upload few shots I took with the Z2 in a moment.
