Man U
Reason: they have extra days to rest and prepare cos they are not playing in the UCL,so we all expect them to be on top of the EPL or atleast 2nd postion. They were also the biggest spender in the summer

Arsenal can't be the biggest disappointment because being disappointed by Arsenal means the expectation of something better from them. I assure you that not even arsenal fans expect anything good from their team so being disappointed is out of the question.
The 'biggestest' disappointment has been gaychester united because they wasted about $150m yet they are still struggling for 4th position with the modus operandi of Win 1 Draw 1 Lose 1. Van Gallbladder has been a failure whose only tactic is to insult his players meanwhile Di Maria and Falcao have turned to bench warmers. We should not be disappointed by Man U, we should PITY them. Useless club! Useless Coach.

Reasons
(1) All their multi-million signings are not up to the standard of EPL . . . Ask Rooney, Young, Aguero & Diego Costa.
(2) Their manager is so clue-less, even Giggs seems to have been infected with the "Cluelessness Virus"
(3) They play lesser competition than other "Big Teams" yet they play like a tired team.
(4) They prove to the world that only Feggie is good enough as their coach

I wouldn't say man u cos spending money with a new manager doesn't guarantee success immediately, after all sitting 3rd behind city and Chelsea is no shame.
mourinho is steamin towards d title after taking last season to settle.
during d period Madrid spent lots of cash, Barcelona still dominated la liga until recently. Its obvious that it takes time.
my vote goes to Liverpool, cos after such an amazing last season, their irrelevance in d title race is a big disappointment.
