If it was a well built structure,they'd be like 'why waste money putting up this building in such an impoverished area'? 'Why not use the money to create jobs'? 'Oh my god GEJ has failed Nigerians. We need change!' You use a modest clay structure that fits perfectly into the surrounding they go 'why use this kind of a place as an office? Can't you get anything better?'
