You can't compare colleges like that as a whole. If you're going for the same course you can compare the course, what each has to offer and their structure, then decide from there.

I havent booked any accommodation yet as peeps I know there told me to chill till am about to come. am not planning to apply for on-campus accommodation as I will be staying off campus. Hi. Just want to update you on the tuition payment issue with seneca college. They finally debited my sponsors credit card yesterday. But am yet to receive the receipt. Hopefully, they will send it b4 weekend.........So that means credit card payment is fast. They received my mail on Friday and it was done yesterday Monday which is one working day.

It depends on how long you've been in Malaysia. If you've been there for a long time then you can apply from there. If not then you have to do it in Nigeria

Not correct!! Depends on your status in Malaysia. If you have a resident permit, you can apply there even if u ve spent just one week already. if not you have to come back home even if you have spent 10 years while on visiting visa.
