Which Nigerian driver is ignorant of this obvious fact that you don't overtake a convoy moving/transporting a high profile figure especially during very sensitive periods where terrorism is perpetuated with reckless abandon?
Any very trained security team/personnel would take him as a terrorist who most probably had an explosive laden vehicle which he wishes to detonate near the convoy and might shoot him.
I am very sure the last vehicle in the convoy had tried to flag, slow or block him to slow down but he dodged it stubbornly.

He acted stupidly, senselessly and dangerously.
He better be happy he wasn't shot or charged with attempted terrorism.

Besides,

The word 'procedd' isn't spelt that way. It is spelt 'process'.
