Some people were hoping against all hope that Buhari would be disqualified and hence prevented from ruling this great country. Such people are ignorant of the fact that no Federal Judge dead or alive has ever overturned any Presidential election results, even when there is evidence of massive rigging, in the history of Nigeria, and no judge will do so in Nigeria, in the foreseeable future.

It is time to bury the hatchet and support the President-elect of this great country.

We said it that it was an exercise in futility.

How could someone who rose to become a Major General in the Nigerian Army be said not to be qualified for an office which requires only the primary school certificate?

Next news please!
Don't mind them. The saTANoid lawyers were doing shakara.smiley

The truth we all know is that there was a case there to answer. Whether GMB had a certificate or not the court would have decided that based on facts and evidence. The mere fact that some of his people kicked against the case going to court meant something was wrong. It is said that he who must come to equity must come with clean hands.

So the case has been dismissed/withdrawn? So we are in Nigeria? Is this new? No. Is it strange? No. Will it change anytime soon? Hells to the know. I so love my country.

You talk like a fooool, has anyone denied buhari dint go to war college or other prestigious course the NA sent him?

Has anyone said Buhari did not rise to the rank of a General?

Oponu, we are talking about the possibility of Buhari not have the minimum requirement to enter into the NA, as you can see he did not provide any cert or state which of his cert is with the Nigeria Army that he is using to apply for the job ( President of Federal Republic of Nigeria )

He only stated his academic records are with the Nigeria Army which does not in anyway state anything, Academic record, could be primary school cert, or the letter from his school principal stating Buhari is is class 6 ( SS3 ) and should be considered into the army as against applicants from other region who are compelled to meet up the requirement of 5 credits in not more than 2 sittings.

Like i said before, the case should be trashed as the law was bend to accommodate him and he remains president till 2019.

Fooooolish man, my asking Buhari to present certificate does not equate him as illiterate, there are successful people who got to University but could not complete the programme, this does not make them illiterate and at same time doesn't make them a B.Sc holder.

I am only concern about the possibility of Buhari committing perjury before election and using fake credentials to enlist into the army, which i think should have been addressed properly instead of our judicial system bending the law because he is one time army general or HOS
