The point is Brush ya mouth in da morning.

Why brush at all?

At times I prefer to eat in the morning before brushing my teeth , I always have this feeling that I already brushed my teeth at night, I basically use a "Mouth rinse" and when I'm done eating, I brush my teeth.

Other times I brush my teeth before eating.

the ideal thing is to brush last thing at night n after breakfast to have a clean mouth n fresh breath throughout d day. try it.
