I wonder when the dumb Nigerians will realize that being gay is the least of our worries. We have religious extremism in the north, inter-tribal murders, ethnic cleansing, bad roads, no light, no portable water, incessant corruption, some fake Pastors and Imams hoodwinking their gullible followers, the rich ripping off the poor, poorly funded hospitals, hunger, poverty, unemployment etc. Yet what two adults do consensually behind close doors is what is giving this country sleepless nights. Talk about misplaced priorities. The dumb leaders quoting Bible and Quaran as the reason for the judgment on gays are busy sleeping with harlots and various escorts, looting our funds, having under-aged marriages and committing other sins that God forbids, but they are quick to play holier-than-thou and judge the gays as if they're upright. You can't be sinning and judge other people for sinning too. No sin is bigger than the other, if you are thief, you are a sinner just like a gay. Dumb country with gullible masses. Keep fighting the gays while corruption takes over our country. Now we've sentenced the gays, have our problems in this cesspit called Nigeria ceased? Nonsense!!


PS: I'm not gay, but as long a gay doesn't disturb my peace or harass me, I've got no problem with him or her. Someone being gay is the least of this country's problem

I do understand the circumstances surrounding being gay in a country like Nigeria. Acceptance is a personal thing. Tolerance is all I seek,the same way muslims tolerate christians and vice-versa
