Abia is in ruins but you have not open a thread to advice them
Your statement above caught my attention. Please I need you to explain with details in what ways Abia state is in ruins.
1). What is Abia state debt profile(Internal and External) as compared to any state in the South-West.
2). Collapse of infrastructure(roads and drainages) in Aba doesn't translate to the entire state and doesn't imply economic collapse. Umuahia is infrastructurally better developed than any South-West state capital.... And that is a fact!
3). Abia state is owing salaries in batch... Just some parastatals (not the entire workforce).
4). There's very minimal external borrowing(if any). The future of our children have not been mortgaged to debts that cannot be repaid even in the next 30 years.

My friend, I want you to objectively explain how you came to the conclusion that Abia state is in ruins. I'm not here for any tribal bashing... Just facts and figures please

Egbon, I hope you're not living in the past like Buhari. We're in 2015 and you're quoting 2007 figures. Between then and now, we've had three presidents... One served for 3 years and died in office (may his soul rest in peace). His successor served for 6 years and has left office. The current president recently just returned from West Germany.

Eight years is a long time bro. You need to dig up current (and valid) data.

All these fake statistics u keep posting to keep your self happy means nothing. The reality is that the south east is by far the least developed region in Nigeria, was it not just 2 years ago that the first international airport started operating in the east? Do you have a sea or even river port? Again how many standard universities do you have? How many industries? How many good and motorable roads?

You think a place is developed because of a few mansions being built here and there in the bush? Face the east and stop posting fake statistics to make your self happy, that was exactly the way Okonjo Iweala was busy posting stupid statistics while the nation was sinking, while in reality, she has been borrowing money to pay salaries.

Boy travel out of your cave and see...ignorance is actually making you seem too empty to be engaged... Smh... Maybe to you, Nigeria starts from Shagamu and ends in badagry...it is unfortunate how people are not ashamed to display crass ignorance on public forum...

No matter how nebulous you try to be, what your post says is simple "The people of the SW, the APC have veiled you with propaganda, look at how your SE/SS brothers under PDP are doing, don't you want to be like them?"
And my reply to that is simple all the PDP states you mention are owing salaries and other arrears, Abia, Ebonyi and Enugu the supposed model PDP states are sunk in debt, Enugu is even the most-indebted in the SE

once you drop your partisan lens...you will see more.

APC through wicked propaganda confused a people that their problem is PDP...and by my post, I am showing to all that their problem is within and not PDP as they are meant to believe...

Wicked propaganda and all the other rubbish you keep spewing remains your own fixation and made up preoccupation since the fact that salaries in Osun have not been paid is no news to the rest of Nigeria.

You regurgitating it all over the place with your wicked propaganda nonsense is nothing but redundancy and tribal baiting.

You jokers beat your chests to high heaven and scream and yell about Osun state everyday when in fact nearly all your states owe salaries and pensions...

Please stop bothering us with your 419 lies and deceptive topic because it's a reflection of your own tribal worries.

Abia state was listed as the state that had not paid its civil servants salaries running into nine months. The state is also said to be owing workers of the Hospital Management Board eight months’ salary; Abia State Universal Basic Education Board, six months; Abia State Polytechnic, five months; local government workers, four months; and teachers, three months’ salary arrears.

http://theabujatimes.com/news/national-news-highlights/nlc-plans-indefinite-strike-due-to-unpaid-salaries-in-18-states/

You can cut, dice and make all the silly excuses you don't accord other states because of your tribal fixations, Abia is owing civil servants across the board and it doesn't even matter who, the state still owe workers salaries and still have debts. Debt is debt.

Look up the meaning of facts before uttering the the word FACTS..

Why not go back to the original post and see where Imo state an oil producing state like Ondo but is owing 13months was talked about but because your tribal lens seems permanently glued to your eye, you fail to see such...Why not go back again and read now without prejudice hence you will see the aim and motive of this info...and see if there's any lie here...

Why not answer your own question by showing us where you highlighted other debtor states in the SE.

Of course you not only left out the SE, but you also lied by claiming that Eboyin and Enugu are financially buoyant when in fact they are in debt and owe salaries just like the SW states you are killing yourself over.

Of what relevance is economically viable or insolvent? Are you ready to state categorically with facts and data who is viable and insolvent? If you are, please step forward with your facts and data with official government declaration of viability and insolvency..

And you know debts in those state are sustainable because you have official government economic and financial data to share with us or this is just another one of your bogus and meaningless claims that you can not prove.?

First eboyin and enugu are financially stable when in fact they are officially broke and owe salaries, not you are saying their debt is sustainable?

To make such claim, don't you first have to show us exactly what they owe in form of financial obligations, overheads, income streams and ability to generate unrestrained income especially with dwindling allocations across the board and so on?

Dude, you are not sitting in the middle of the village square telling stories to little kids. Speak intelligently with assertive facts and knowledge per what you can prove with documented facts and record.

If Ebonyi state is still healthy economically

That was just silly because both states are in the same situation, they both owe workers salaries..

^^^^ You said Ebonyi is healthy economically when in fact it's broke, in debt and can't pay salaries.

So, what exactly is the meaning of your own definition or meaning of economically healthy?

Is it possible to be unable to meet your financial obligations, own workers and still be healthy economically?

Another SW ppl are blind crap!!

You would have made perfect sense if you were referring to Nigerians as a whole and you would have made some sense more than now if you were referring to SS/SE.

No Region is dumber than these two regions in Nigeria. No region is more ethnically biased than SE in Nigeria and no region has been cheated than SS in Nigeria! SE has no struggle with any region. Their problem in the east is simple; one way traffic minds!! Follow follow and ethnic politics!! Take that out of SE and see them shoot high! Tell SS to prosecute their leaders!! Kill them all! There are two federal ministries handling ND alone plus 13% derivation yet they live in poverty lmao!! And their leaders make sure they point to Abuja and Notyherners as their problem!!

Did you know that oil bunkering also reduce the revenue and as that, your 13% worth reduced too? Did you know Ateke, Asari, Tompolo, Odili and many of your Chiefs are into oil bunkering? Did they use their I'll gotten wealth to help you?

ND shove your eyes!!! You are the most cheated region in Nigeria!!

Now op, gan solve the problems in the east and SS first. Blind foooools pretending to be intellectuals. The northern youths are feared by their leaders. They know they can be lynched anytime they provoke them.

The SW is just blinded by "sophistication" ! Sophistication is not practical among animals.. that hates you from east to North to south.. Especially the east!! The fucking hatred Igbos have displayed for Yorubas in Nigeria is appalling considering after SE, the next place in the world to find Igbos in millions is Yoruba land. You want to marry their women, trouble! You don't vote for their preferred candidate, trouble!! As much as Igbos on this forum like to preach the "Igbos believe in individual freedom blah blah" the last election exposed their falsehood!
Yorubas just need to wake up! There were Yotubas in PDP too and PDP ruined Nigeria till now!
Leadership is not party orientation but no quality leadership can come from PDP they party doesn't envourage that. APC on the other hand instead of being very strict, left the floor open knowing fully well the ppl are not fully enlightened enough to pick a good leader, allowed for the mixture of bad quality and good quality. Atiku have no business in APC if Buhari is serious about power! Atiku who owns a generator manufacturing company..

You know nothing about these states! You said Enugu and Ebonyi weren't owing, that was trashed here with facts, now you run around claiming Enugu and Ebonyi are more viable than Oyo and Osun yet you still do it without facts but you claim APC uses propaganda. My stand on this is simple, if you can't denounce the incompetent governments of the SE then you have no right to give your political and unsolicited advice to others. I posted on this thread that as at 2007 only one SE state made the list of top 10 economically buoyant Nigerian states, I expected a rebuttal and a 2015 report showing the position of the 5 SE states, none provided yet you speak of viability and your supposed claims of ingenuity of the administrators of these states. I don't know if Martin Elechi and Theodore Orji pass as ingenious to you, if they do then I'm sorry to say you have a bigger problem than the governments you intended demystifying with this thread.
You need to deal with that and save your ponderous attempts at wit for some other day.
