We should take things easy. I am sure because of your inability to collect the PIN the day you collected your CARD had made you angry.

Ecobank has the best customer- centric staffs in the Banking sector. I am not in support of the CSM, a Bank staff will NEVER call a customer Goat. We should at least hear the guy's version too. This style of reporting your "humiliation" is wrong.

This is the result of unholy wedlock that Sanusi initiated. I am a victim of same bank. It was so interesting banking with them when they were Oceanic bank but since after acquisition, things went bad. The Badagry branch of Ecobank is so worthless that if not the policy that I cannot change my salary account for I would have done that long ago. Toilet facility is nothing write home about, all the good staff in that branch have been transfered out to either Seme or Agbara. I had to revert going to Seme to do some of my transaction due to the friendly faces there.
The Badagry branch has been on my "Internet Banking" activation for over two years now. I was using the service under Oceanic bank but I cannot make use of it under the new EcoBank now and the CSO in Badagry and his team cannot help.
I had to send a nasty mail to the head office and I was called from the International office to appologise and till date nothing has been don. Its a pity sha.

sydraay:
Nairalanders! I think this edden woman making this report is rude. She actually insulted someone offering his view only from another angle "male chauvinist". And d rummy guy no insult am ooo. This character she has portrayed and her recent replies to others show dat she did something at dat bank she isn't disclosing. Stupid, ill-mannered bitch. U wan speak english "male chauvinist". Shove ur complain up in ur ass.

I however returned today, friday 26th and as I walked down the banking hall towards his cubicle. I greeted "Good afternoon, I came for my pin, here's my card" the guy looked at me and ignored my outstretched hand for about 30 seconds before snapping in a loud voice "did I ask for your card?"

I replied that I was a customer and he had no right to talk to me that way, his reply was to snatch the card from me and tell me "you are a goat". So I told him I wouldn't stand there and let him berate me... His response was to fling the card at me. He flung it with so much force that I had to avert my head as the card almost struck my left eye.

I called the head office and try as they did, the guy refused to apologize to me, claiming instead that he was older than me and that why did I call the head office. This was from some guy who called me a goat!
close your account with the bank

I believe the law has a window for redress for you, under vicarious liabilities you could certainly spark off something. Let ur lawyer know, you'll be suing the bank itself.

Immediately calling me dat, i went straight into the manager's office i inserted the withdrawer booklet into his mouth .i.e the manager's mouth. The following conversation occurred!!
manager:: at the top of his voice "are you mad!!!
Me: No sir!! I'm a goat!!
manager: really?
Me: yes, that was what the customer care woman called me for asking her if my account number is ready!!
I left the bank only to return the next day, guess what all the workers starting from the security men to the cleaners became my friend!!
Tell me is a joke? You mean someone called you a goat and you did the above?

If its the CSM Eco bank BADAGRY his name is lipsrsealed and he is verrry rude to customers. I have had my own share of his rudeness and I have left Eco to Zenith Badagry.

Most of the officials working at Eco bank Badagry are very rude to their customers starting from the fair, fat girl at the customers service to lipsrsealed the guy doing funds transfer to lipsrsealed the CMS very rude.

They only have few good and cool guys who attend to customers calmly. J he is a very calm guy and one Yoruba guy sitting at the extremely end behind the CSM and the Igbo guy at the customers service they listen to you calmly and answer you professionaly. Those are the people I go to if I had any problems when I was still banking with them.
