Don't let what people say on the (social network of rumor) persuade you in making final judgment, so many persons are here for so many reasons and they made contributions mostly based on sentiments/emotions, no one has contributed telling us he/she was or it happened in his/her presence or office.

The woman acted under relevant instructions as was the fashion then. Welldone NOI. Now the people say it is neither fashionable nor tolerable nor even wanted to pay Subsidy of anykind to anyone. So Mr. President should stop it. And if the people that are used to getting it, give you problem, declare emergency for the sector and let the military run the show for us for just 3 months. To be democratic, ask the NASS to authorise you. That is the beauty of democracy, to shore up your value added skills.

At this age of our great country Nigeria we need people with quality reasoning faculty to comment on public issues. The challenge of dwindling resources is a national contagion that affect almost all the federating states. Therefore, it is proactive on the part of the His Excellency in person of Buhari to arrest the issues before it gets out of hand.

However, I think the sustainable approach is for our country is to practice federal system of government in the true form of it by which the federating states are enable to explore, control and optimize the resources in the states rather than turning our Executive Governors to medium of cash disbursement from the federal down to the local government.
