I want to create a closed group for a marketing team and memebers can only access their accounts via phone lines.I want to buy a virtual number from twilio and with their api host a script on my server through their api.Here is their site https://www.twilio.com/ you can check their api and documentation

1) A back end admin where i can create account ID and pin codes to grant users access to their account
2) This account can only be accessed by calling a dedicated line where there will be an automated welcome message E.g (Welcome to Webweavers technology network.Press 1 to access your account Press 2 to talk to a customer care representative Press 3 to go back to

the main menu)
3) Once client presses 1 it will automatically request for credentials for the user to access his account by first asking for Account

ID Eg ( Please kindly input your 12 digit Account ID) if the account ID is incorrect their should be an automated response saying

Invalid Account ID,Please kindly input your 12 digit Account ID cause i will want it to check on the database first to know if the

Account ID exists and if the account ID is correct it should then proceed to request for the pin code
4) Once a user has successfully logged in,it should play a welcome message ( Welcome FirstName LastName ) to check your account

balance press 1 to make a transfer press 2,to talk to a customer care representative press 3 to go back to the main menu press 4,to

end this process press 5
5) If the user presses 2 to transfer money it should prompt the user to input the amount he wishes to transfer,once the user enters

the amount,it will then say you wish to transfer the said amount,press 1 to confirm,once the customer presses 1 it should then say

please wait while your transaction is processing for about 5 seconds before it will request for a code by saying (Please input your 5

digit pin code to complete this transaction)if the code is not correct it should say invalid authorization code please try again and

if the code is correct it should say transaction successful.
6)The admin should be able to create user accounts and fund each account

Please note: At the back end admin i should be able to do the following

1) Create accounts
2) Fund Account
3) Generate requested transfer code which will be unique for each account
4) All automated responses should be editable by the admin beginning from the welcome message
