they have cancel niger delta board, it should never come back again. . There is no such thing should exist . the NDDC as to go and ministry goes.. And cancel the amnesty to the Niger delta. If a government want to train its citizen, it should everybody, not just an area.

The army most use force , just like in the case of Boko haram, on any person who blow up pipeline.

The lawless where individual take laws into their hand and blow up pipeline is over.. Shell, mobil, chervon.. did not pick the money from the dustin to construct this facility.

The era of the useless talk of the niger delta is over. And the military should find and prosecute anyone or individual or group who talk about the niger delta. They should face the law , if they lay any arms against the government, they should be prosecuted

You have to understand the world need the oil to run its economy and anyone thinking about some illegal niger delta is only a fool. And the army most deal with such fools.

There are 2 countries, The country of Western Nigeria and the country of federal republic of Nigeria.

No human born of a man will ever create a niger delta off the country of the kingdom of Western nigeria or the federal republic of Nigeria. You have to understand it is 2 countries..

Some illiterate lunatic who wake up off the street of river state, talking about niger delta, will be shoot dead by the military..

The era where anyone or group or individual think that any piece of the country of the kingdom of Western Nigeria will become part of any useless niger delta is over. The army most find and persecute them. This is an order to every member of the army force..

We most all not allow the lawlessness under Goodluck Jonathan by such group. You can see the amount of lifes , it as cost .. They assume because Goodluck Jonathan was an ijaw man, they can get away from lawlessness. Even while he allow it.

It is a new Era, where they will shoot at sight anyone who destroy oil facitlities own by Shell, mobil, chervon.

It may be a hard truth, we all face, but face with the security situation.. That lawlessness can not happen anymore.

That why, we have been showing the flag of the country of the kingdom of Western Nigeria, military force will shoot anyone or group who attempt to take or even dream of any part of our country been part of an imaginary niger delta.

Our military have their order to find and shoot the person. this is while we are renaming our facilities to the correct name.

They can play with buhari federal republic of Nigeria.. But not inside the country of the kingdom of Western Nigeria

Your analysis is quite myopic.

Unpatriotic closet secessionists who love to take anything the President says out of context and twist it with the aim of ultimately causing destruction in this country will fail.

While you people are wallowing in hate speech and jubiliating upon hearing that anything bad has happened in this country, the true Patriots from all parts of the country are already working together to rebuild our first class nation.

You people think you are fully anonymous but I caution you to watch your utterances. Treasonous activities on the Web under the guise of free speech is still a crime. Nuff said.
You are a typical example of humans that have been given over to reprobate minds.

Sai Baba so honest, Open and down to Earth, best answer and inteligent, you cannot expect the same quota with those who worked hard naw what were you expecting to abandon those who sacrificed everything for change and embrace those who sacrificed everything against change? Well you shall not be abandoned but don't expect more than your constitutional limits.

But from the 3:12 mark forward, he also said that even though he wants to do so, he is restrained by the constitution from doing such. And that if he goes ahead, people will be too quick to pick on that and criticise him. Did you listen to the clip to the end or did you just read what the biased and confused supposed interpreter posted?

My brother that's like me saying I would really like to rape woman, but the laws of the land prevent me from doing that. Would that be an ok statement to you?

He should NEVER have such thoughts or beliefs in the first place. How can a PRESIDENT utter such things knowing how delicate Nigeria is? Basically he's saying left to him he would want to favor the North but can't because of the constitution. Once you indicate ANY type of bias in Nigeria you can be sure it will be used against you. Now if any SS/SE person is charged by EFCC , this clip will be rolled out. If any appointment is made to a Northerner(even if that person is eminently qualified for the post) This clip will be rolled out. If any developmental contract for the North is awarded, this clip will be rolled out. Can't you see the immense damage he's done to his own credibility??

Nigerians... We are own worst enemies. Let's be sincere. What PMB said is clear but some are too blind with hate or love to admit it.
He said he can't be obviously biased because the constitution won't allow that. He said people will spot it if he is.
He also said on some issues, he will favor those that gave him 97% so it won't look like their struggle to make him president was in vain.
That an opinion a president should never utter even if he feels that way.
Some Nigerian realize that and choose to disregard the first part of his statement while others believe the second part of his statement is fine with comments like "you can't reap what you did not sow".
Why can't we just be honest? He shouldn't favor anyone on some issues. He should simply do what is best for the whole country. How else would he get those 5% votes to become 50% next time if he feels like it's fair to favor the 97% on some issues. How else would he unify this country?

Mr Buhari should be very cautious of what he says in public most especially his election victory.

Everybody that heard and watch the video knows Mr president have no negative motive towards everybody. Just that he wants to appreciate the effort of those that vote him which he shouldn't have exposed...

Buhari should also leave their resources and use that which is gotten from where he won over 90% votes to develop his preferred regions.

He cant pick resources from the SS/SE and abandon them...he is 'stealing' from them.

BUHARI GETS INTOXICATED BY POWER INFORMED BY STARK illiteracy: FORGETS THE OATH OF OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT HE SWORE TO ON 29th May, 2015

By Ahmed Madaki

“That I will devote myself to the service and well-being of the people of Nigeria ... I will do right to ALL manner of people, according to law, without fear or favour, affection or ILL-WILL ... So help me God.” -- Buhari, 29th May, 2015: see the Seventh Schedule - Oath of the office of the President.

I am compelled to believe that Buhari was correct when he said that “he cannot even trust his mind or sense of reasoning”. I give it to him. Any right thinking, and unassuming fellow whose political campaigns were tailored not only within the pedestals of integrity, but also, intellectual capability, should be able to appreciate the import of oath taking. Save for a dishonest person.

Will it be proper for me to say that that not voting for Buhari does not in any way, and should never deny the people their fundamental right stated and protected by the Constitution, in conjunction with the fundamental obligation of the Government to the people -- the very tally of hope and confidence they dispensed to the people?

I am surprised that even the presence of [y]our supposed SAN (professor), oSINbajo, seems to be outrightly useless. If that is presumed not to be so, can we have a justifiable reason backed by empirical evidence why Buhari is abusing the law, desecrating the fundamental creeds of the land with impunity? That his followers are singing his stupidity here and there, is not surprising. Anyone under the treacherous political permutation of Axelrod, loses touches with right reasoning - commonsense.

Agreed that Chapter II of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 (herein after referred to as CFRN, 1999) is but an obligatory” 'injunction' which makes the Government of not guilty nor responsible to its people: (according to the persons holding brief for APC, and Buhari on-line) - the association of reprobates). But, would that not translate to violating the sacred spirit and letters expressly stated in section 1(1) of the 1999 Constitution "written for" and on behalf of Nigerians by the early capos of the Kaduna Mafia?

For the avoidance of doubt section 1(1) CFRN, 1999 states that -

“This Constitution is supreme and its provisions shall have binding force on all authorities and persons throughout the Federal Republic of Nigeria.”

Also, section 13 of the same Law (CFRN, 1999) states that -
“It shall be the duty and responsbility of all organs of Government, and of all authorities and persons exercising legislative, executive or judicial powers to conform to, observe and apply this chapter of the Constitution.”

The above section never stated in part that persons who voted for, and not voted for Buhari. I wonder where such debased reasoning arose from. Well, for a man dubbed “brainless”, I should not be take aback. In the same vain.

Section 14(1) of the CFRN, 1999 goes further to say that Nigeria is a state whose principles is based on Democracy and social justice. It never mentioned tyranny, despotism, nepotism, and all for forms of totalitarian cum human abusing, and liberty depriving system of Government.

For the avoidance of doubt see section 14 (2)(a) (b)and (c). The particulars of the cited clauses ranges from sovereignty belonging to the people, the security and welfare of the people shall be the primary purpose of Government, and the participation of the people in their Government is not negotiable, hence it shall be ensured.

That this section is not enforceable in court does not in any way diminish its relevance, and the import of the import inherent therein: see section 17(2) (a) & (b).

The grundnorm never said those that voted for Buhari; the Constitution never said the ruling party; n or the opposition. It clothed all persons and referred to them as The People. In order words, before the existence of a political party, interests and all relative militating political vices, "the people" comes first.

Save that for the Nigerian muslim community whose message of disunity is preached by Buhari, Shekau and Northern Governors - islam comes first before the people. Your political, social and economic friendship terminates, where [t]his religion begin.

If it is not so, why would a sitting Governor instruct in strong terms that no muslim should have anything to with non-muslims? A moral cum religious injunction that brazenly violates section 15 (2), & (3)(c), and chapter IV of the CFRN, 1999.

I think such unguarded utterance by Buhari expressed via his Twitter handle (@MBuhari) is a violation of sections 33 - 44 of the CFRN, 1999. We are agreed this time that these sections are enforceable in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Whereas Muhammadu Buhari is on travelling spree whining, dining, Northern Nigeria remains a training ground for the Boko Haram terrorists. Or do we say that Nigerians residing in the north are getting their fair treatment for not or voting change (according to Buhari)?

this is treason. . . in civilized societies this man should be impeached by now

this illiterate who doesn't even know what "inclusive govt" means, this illiterate, this evil monster, this bloodthirsty, vengeful, mean spirited, senile and wicked scapegoat-er just spoke before the world and uttered sacrilegious words that rival Idi Amin. can u see what precedence this bastard is setting?

where are the APC igbos. . . . those fools with slime for blood and sh1t for brains, can u see what your god is planning to do? the north and south-west are busy singing kumbaya at this time while the east is waiting for the hammer of Nero. . . . . . . and someone will come to Owerri and shout one nigeria. . . . one nigeria only when we are talking of oil from the east, when it comes to offices and national treasury it becomes north first.

if anyone had any doubt, how this terrorist in Aso Rock intends to rule, or why all his appointments are from the north while his only gift for the east so far is boko haram prisoners. . . . . . this is your answer

one nigeria. . . under the able leadership of Terrorhammadu Booharia

If you are APC and you are happy with this development, just realize that someday, a president you don't like will be in Aso Rock. . . . . . . what goes around. . . comes around. . . .

According to Buhari, 95% of the votes that saw him to power came from the north. Whereas, the remain 5% came from the south and east. Buhari can never take me by surprise!
I expect that by now right thinking Nigerians from the southern and Eastern part of the country will begin to workout realistic measures to seeing Biafra, Niger Delta Republic come to light. The earlier the better, and safer.
Please know that you will never get any better, or relatively fair treatment from this administration in as much as you're an igbo, Niger Deltan.

The propaganda system orchestrated by the APC stalwarts allows the Nigerian leadership to commit crimes without limit and with no suggestion of misbehavior or criminality; in fact, major war and corruption criminals like Olusegun Obasanjo, Atiku, Muhammadu Buhari, Oshiomole, Ameachi, Dambazau, El'Rufai, Fashola, to mention a few, appear regularly on [national] TV to comment on the crimes and corruption of the derivative butchers and looters. Is that not a dangerous and wicked trend of hypocrisy?
