Just thinking aloud and wondering what has become of that case following the locking of her complaints thread and intervention from Seun himself.

Also heard the locking of the thread was a condition given by Inspiredm for him to make a refund to her.

Has she been paid, or another car given to her?
I admired her carriage and calm attitude all through the thread and I feel it'll be wrong to abandon the case without an update on the turn of events.

This is why the anti-scam drive by Seun is a very good one.

Inspiredm cannot refuse to refund her having breached their agreement. The best legal way the fund can be recovered is for Revlution to secure a Garnishee order on the banks the guy has accounts both in Nigeria and in his personal and business name.

By this, whatever money he has will be seized/held by the bank until the determination of this case. Some lawyers has already volunteered to help in the other thread.

By this, whatever money he has will be seized/held by the bank until the determination of this case. Some lawyers has already volunteered to help in the other thread.

Garnishee order, That sounds strange though, how possible is it for her to process such knowing she's not based here?

Can you post the link to this 'Gamishee' thread please. Inspiredm is really a disappointment to the auto section

Please someone should tell Seun that all that 50 years bam on inspiredm's moniker means nothing to a petty thief.

All we want is a complete refund. With inspiredm's instagram and facebook pages, I have come to the sad realisation that most onlice stories/pics are all fake! How can someone who flies private not be able to refund a paltry 2.6m?

I suspected that a Inspired Autos would not pay the money as promised.
That's why I created this new thread when forced to lock the old one.
