In my opinion, two places:

1) A gynecologist in a teaching hospital.
2) To Jesus at the mountain of fire and miracles ministry because Jesus had said; "None shall be barren in the land".

Do an SFA, you can then take it from there.

OP, see your doctor. There are drugs that can help.

Op, what is the nsin trouble? Could it have started from age. Long infections?? You left them either untreated or poorly treated ??

Have you seen a specialist? What is the cause of your Infertility?
Trauma?
Infection?
Varicose veins?
Are you even sure you are infertile?
How far have you gone in seeking a diagnosis or have you been visiting chemists?

Nope, not kidding.
Infertility is easily treatable nowadays. Most people who remain infertile usually do so out of plain ignorance or lack of funds (usually not up to N3m)

First in my life I am seeing a Nigerian man agree he is infertile and is the reason why his wife hasn't taken in.
