Am a newbie in this. I have a new blog I just created but my concern now is not how to make money from it because I don't even have an adsence account but what if I latter get adsence account or other ways to make money with my new blog, how do I receive the money.

As a newbies I suggest you to fight for traffic first not money , if you have traffic already and you wanna make money you sell eBook, they will pay to your local bank account but if foreigners are your visitors your money will be send via western union, just make sure they send you the MTCN To catch your cash

A lot of people don't succeed in blogging because they go into it basically for money. If that's your plan, i bet you will quit pretty soon. You have to be passionate about what you're blogging about and forget about money then, you'll see income flow in magically

Pay per click = When a visitor click on ads on your blog you earn some amount of money.

Per Impression = The visitors don't have to click on ads, you earn money based on the amount of traffic coming to your blog.

Google AdSense is arguably the most reliable ads platform for bloggers, so further explanation would be done with regards to Google AdSense.

They operate both PPC (pay per click) and CPM (Cost per thousands) method.

When you display ads on your blog and visitors click on the ads, you get certain amount of money depending on how much advertiser are paying for the keyword that trigger the ads and the location of the visitors clicking on the ads, a click might earn as high as $20 or as low as $0.01.
