This is the Location of our new Building Project. a 4 Bedroom Duplex(3D Perspective view below). Contract have been finalized and Client has clearly state his expectations. As usual we have been contacted because our Clients see us as the way to achieving their Dream Homes, and as usual We shall not disappoint. Like I Always say, there are challenges involved in trying to turn a beautiful 3D representation of any piece of Architecture into real Life. But the first step to achieving that is realising that there will be challenges and preparing yourself for it.

This Thread shall Shed lights on everything involved in our type of Architecture for everyone to see and mostly for those who have wanted their house to look like the 3D representation presented to them by their Architect. A lot of problems with our building these days are the Final Outcome. Hardly ever like what was promised. Without too much talk Lets move down to business.

I totally agree with you when you say its always challenging to transform 3D to reality. I have seen some near prefect match though. Will be watching this one closely.

The Estate Requires us to Set out our fence Parameters before we can cut out our building Lines. So fence Parameters ongoing in pics
