They did get the concept, conceivers,board members and cost estimate right;those much NOI admitted.
Admitted SR got wrong the part they made it sound like d Hosp will soon be commissioned,but @least if anybody or organisation had any plan of using corrupt funds to finance the Hosp or wants to use it as a means of laundering money,now the heat is being turned on,they would have been stopped.
