Hello NL Peeps...an update on my move to America on Tuesday. Flew Emirates, POE was JFK. I requested for wheel chair service, this made it really fast. I was thr 2nd person queue, i was actually in front of one mean looking oyinbo man but the guy who wheeled me changed to another CBP when this guy kept on quedtioning the guy...
Cbp: Hello
Moi: Hi
C: why are you here?
M: Vacation (I was decked up, so my tummy was showing at all, coupled with my handbag covering my belly on the wheelchair)
C: Ok
M: Vacation and childbirth
C: What?
M: vacation and childbirth
C: Which state are you going?
M: Rhode Island
C: Will your husband be joining U?
M: Yes, much later
C: Ok
Then a colleague of his came to him and started gisting him about how bad his day had been and all sorts of gist, that made him kept me hanging and praying for like 1mins... then he handed over my P to me.

He didnt stamp me for any duration, he just stamped B2, wrote the day my visa was issued and wrote a code H98.........what this means i dont know oooo... but i visited the website FinanceFitness posted some couple of weeks to check my duration of stay but record not found.

I hope I have my six month as visa expires in Nov; some few days (10) after delivery.

In RI, I had my first appointment yesterday, everything went well, The doc accepted all my test results, he also said he will do some few ones too..

I will like to say a big thank you to those people that have helped to answer all my questions....Tvegas, Punch (she's never tried of my pm's and chat), Firsttymum, Financefitness, Olokings, Austine2020, Nwuuyeebuka, beryl15, Popri, bbaby84, shrekandfiona, shelly23.... and to as many that dont get tired of sharing information on this thread...God bless U real big!

Fizzywah:

More goodnews. The pediatrician bills received so far is less than $250. It looks like that's the end of them and it also seems the intervention with Pediatrix worked.

Note this is without hearing test which could go as high as $300 here and the circumcision as much as $250.

That's it. Received zero balance 2 weeks ago. We are done.

Hmmm. This may be a joke to you but some jokea are waaaay too expensive espceically things like child bearing to a woman. You don't even know anything about her and you went straight to menopause. Really. Menopause for most women starts @ 50 upwards. And serving @ 2000 can't make her close to 50 @ all..
I personally think you should apologise to tgis woman.
Thanks @firstmum for the reply the other day.

I totally agree with u. Maybe the joke was in good faith but clearly it showed bigfido didn't give it a thot before he posted. The topic is very sensitive . You have no idea if this woman has gone thru some plenty plenty nonsense in life before this belle. What if she actually has reached menopause and somegow got preggars? The joke becomes more distasteful.
