Please can someone share his or her experience with Iberia airline.my travel agent suggested that I use it for my trip to naija as the ticket price is relatively cheap compared with others.If you've flown it before kindly share your experince.

I used it once, pretty much good for frugalist.

Although you might have to transit in Spain depending on your departing country. You will be fine, its a good airline.

I took it once from lagos to manchester. It's ok but no entertainment on board.

Has its good and bad.

Good: Is usually a small plan they use coming to nigeria and chances are you still have empty sits. Meaning you can stretch you legs and sleep good for the 5 hrs ride.

Bad: They do not have a lost and found office that you go to or even phone number to call should you miss any of your suitcases. I had that problem with them, was frustrating. The NACO staff will only forward you information to their office in madrid. Most transaction comes from there. I got a text both in English and Spanish telling me to come to airport for pickup when they found it. For change in schedule you go to BA office in the airport to do that.

Budget is one thing, enjoying your trip is another. I read through some reviews about Iberia and I wasn't encouraged to fly with them.

1. Language barrier is a problem with regards to customer service.

2. One of the reviews highlighted the need to take ur own food e.g sandwich, just incase you are not pleased with what you are offered.

3. Small seat is another headache so you can imagine being uncomfortable throughout the duration of your flight.

I haven't flown with them before but I understand that there are levels when it comes flights...[b]virgin&BA all the wayyyyy

yeah once, I remember during the London Olympics most flights were fully booked, I didn't care about comfort as much as I just wanted to go for my vac. I had to make do with Qatar, that was the longest trip av made till date

Qatar? I dare not! I will not even fly with the likes of Qatar as emirates or turkish, they are on a long thing...like 31hr flight long stop over; not me.
