This is to inform my clients that the online CAC registration has been stoped in CAC website portal due to the single treasury account policy just introduced by the Federal Government.....

Annual fee for Ordinary business name like Enterprises and Ventures is just 4k per year..
while Limited Liability is Just 5k per year... it will be paid to CAC... if u are a director of secretary in the company, walk up to any CAC branch nation wide and tell them u need to pay your annual return fee... u will be given a form to fill and you will be asked to make payment accordingly to bank. take along copies of your certificate of incorporation, means of Identification, financial status report of the company, last minutes of meeting held by the director...
