Oh come on. If u´ve given such a speech b4, u will know that the speaker can decide not to give the speech his is given to read. He can decide to improvise and give his own speech. The speaker can also reject a speech prepared for him and tell his speech organizer that he wants him to prepare another speech. I can tell u how many times I have had to re-write a speech just cos my boss woke up one day and decided he wanted to give another speech not cos the one was wrote earliar was not good enof but cos he felts another speech fited better to the situation.

Yes cos I write researches too. I have some already to my name. Yes Buhari could change his speech whenever he wanted. Now I never said he could change it on the podium, u just speculated that. Then again since u have said it, I do agree with u. He can change it even on the podium, have u not seen Obama change his speech on the podium before? Now in addition to speeches, are you aware of how long this event had been planned? The participant i.e the head of states are always given enof time to prepare their speeches. In all the time that they are given Buhari could have directed his speech writer to prepare the spec he wanted. It is cluelessness that will make someone in his calibre to allow such obvious unseriousness to linger.
