So I saw a FP topic that showed Nigerian Soldiers training in slippers right Here. I clicked the video and all I get is "This uploader hasn't made This video available in your country".
My concern is are they under orders to censor videos from the government. If so which government, the Nigerian or the American( I reside in the states). Or is it a technical problem?

The video is playing fine here,the re-instated soldiers lost their homes after being sacked and these are the present conditions they and their families live in...
Also they are being trained with bathroom slippers,ill equipped,no uniforms....

One spoke on condition of anonymity that he believes the govt has released funds for all these but the greedy won't let it get to them.

Basically i can't think of anything except maybe propaganda,mischief from their part,lopsidedness,to name but a few,i once wanted to watch a usain bolt race during the olympics and the video was not available or possibly i was barred from viewing it,offline,online and on the internet shit happens.
