We are looking to fill in the following position:

Job Title: Personal Assistant
     
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Personal Assistant will work with the leadership team and provide high level implementation support to the Managing Director.
 

Specific Job Roles

1. Data management and filing
Running errands

2. Screening phone calls, handling enquiries and requests,

3. Scheduling, organizing, maintaining diaries and making appointments;

4. Replying emails, organizing contacts, etc.

5. Conducting research on specific projects
Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;

6. Liaising with clients and suppliers

Job Requirements
The ideal candidate must:

1. Have at least a second class upper/lower credit in Degree in Business administration, communications or English and must be a computer literate.

2. Eager and willing to learn

3. Passion for writing and media

4. Must be presentable, well mannered, well spoken

Graduate trainee
