I'm not in Abuja or close by but I can tell you that the driver either placed a container of fuel in the engine compartment or fuel leakage from an hose/ fuel container in the tricycle.
heat + fuel + oxygen = FIRE
sorry for the loss and pray no one died. I hope it's not hire purchase or acquired through bank loan.
