A friend of mine, who's also a member of this forum, came to our office some days back and persuaded me to show some of my designs here.
I actually didn't accept, but he showed me some 3Ds that have been showcased here by different designers. Please this in anyway does not translate to advert, it's a simply a way of exhibiting these 3Ds, especially to other Architects here.

The drawings am going to upload here are some of the some of works which have defined my 2015 in this profession.
though I did them on behalf of the company I work for, the intellectual copyright, conceptualization and realization are all in my capacity.

please feel free to drop ur comments, questions and corrections



1. 3 blocks of detached duplex

these projects were for a popular movie producer (Wont mention his name ). The three buildings are identical from exterior. But their floor plans are different.
The project was executed at Obibi-Ezena, in Imo state. 2 of the buildings belong to brothers who live in south Africa.

wow... are they animated with motion and voice please what softwares do you use or what school in nigeria thought you to be this GOOD.... i really want to learn and make good educational cartoons for our kids in nigeria.... pls reply o

2. A design proposal for a Catholic church in Lagos here

handling this project was like a joke. because i'm the only catholic member in my office. When the brief for this design came, i was the only in the office who understood the terminologies they used there. the terminologies were catholic-based. like Grotto, Chapel of perpetual adoration, Sacristy and so on. i was simply asked to start the design.

the main church building consists of basement packing, ground floor (also for packing), first floor and gallery.
The capacity is 950 seats.
On the external, u have the Rev Father's house, school blocks and the Grotto

started the design with my drawing board , transfered it to Autocad, then did the model with Revit and rendered in Lumion.

3. Luxurious block of flats.

the construction of this building is currently on-going in Lekki now.
It's owned by our "Oga at the top"

ground and first floors are 3-bedrooms flats while pent floor if 2 bedrooms.
6 flats in all, 12 packing spaces (2 cars for each flat), swimming pool and gym.

4 five units of terrace Duplex at Alma beact

what i was able to do here seems like wonders even to my colleagues in the office.
coming up with 5 units in such area of land is amazing. Anyway, we did it.
what drops everybody's jaw in my office is the roof design,.

this is a 3-bedroom duplex with 2 living rooms.
