What platform are you working on? Windows, Linux or OS X? On Windows you can just download Visual Studio Community. On Linux and OS-X both GCC and CLang are free. |

c++ for eclipse or netbeans will be better visual studio is too large to download . You may download the free trial version of c++ builder . Google is your friend . |

Download Mingw from www.nuwen.net/mingw.html configure it with CodeBlocks IDE.....and youre good to go. |
