is it true that "g" is silent in a word like "Igho"

The greetings are similar but different in pronunciations.

In Uvwie for instance they say "Degwor" in Ugelli they say "Migwor"... So therefore, you've to narrow down to the exact Urhobo clan that jolificate your interest...

I don't really speak Urhobo fleuenty.... I think the word is pronounced E~go...
