I want to bring to notice of all well meaning Nigerians that Scammers duped my relative today in port Harcourt. they are operating at the Artillery axis of Ecobank, probably conniving with the ecobank tellers as they reminded my relative of his account details and they were correct. they called with this phone number 0810 716 6030. they claimed it's BVN update his ATM details were collected. please who can I report this case to as I have a voice recording of the conversation they had.

Has your relative reported this to Ecobank? Send email to engcontactcentre@ecobank.com or call 0700 500 0000. They will investigate and find the culprit.

yes he has and they were not oblivious of the culprits his branch even pointed out the branch where the scammers operate (Artillery branch) and that was correct because he had sent a cheque to that branch the previous day

yes he is elderly and not very learned in the ATM operations

Wow! It’s best your relative talk with the Contact Centre for an independent investigation. Email them on ENGContactCentre@ecobank.com or call 0700-500-0000. I’m sure they will catch them.
