You are an IT person working with an audit firm on the mainland. You live also on the mainland.

Take home is 95k with benefits like pension, HMO.

You get a new offer with a start up coy as a Support Engineer for their phones and tablets. An Indian based phone coy starting newly in Nigeria also on the mainland. They are into sales of phones and tablets

Take home is 150k. No benefits.

I'll take it considering the fact that many are out there who are obviously praying to get this. The job market has become highly competitive.

While you plan to take the new job,have it at the back of your mind that you are working with indians.....and prepare to have all the stuffs that comes with it too.Cheers

2. experiences people share about working with Indians
