sorry sir but this is USA visa thread not Malawi I think Google should tell you about this not on here
Probably asking because he wants to go put a Malawi visa sticker on his passport for the purpose of deception at an embassy, maybe that of the US, most likely inspired by one heartless agent, and he will be found out and punished appropriately while mister agent carries on with life and wickedness

Protest in front of the embassy ?.? Hope u Dont have some mental disorders.. am sure u Dont know what u re saying. How can the embassy hold someone's passport for 3 months ? Do u know what that means ? It means he cannot even travel anywhere for the next 3 months. Do u tink that is normal ? I guess you are the type that sees US visa as a do or die visa. If it were me, I will ask my lawyer to write the embassy. Holding someone's passport for 3 month is absurd. That's my point
However, he never overstayed the 6 months given at the POE, and changing status to F1 is quite legal. I know of people that did change of status from b1b2 to F1 visas, and today they are US citizens. For me, he has no offence in accordance to the US laws, and he didn't abuse the terms of his visa
For what reason was that visa issued in the first place? What led to the change of plans again? That it is within the timeframe he was admitted for means he shouldn't be questioned? That others are doing it and succeeding means that is the way to go? Oh, good, they are citizens now. However, ask them the number of people they have been able to invite that ever got same B1/B2 visa ever since. Do you have an idea how this attitude affects them, their families and several other applicants?
MAYBE THE EMBASSY NEEDS TO BE SURE HE WON'T DO ANOTHER FIVE MONTHS, IF THEY CAN COPE WITH HIM DOING SO AGAIN, IF HE WON'T BE TAKING ANOTHER STATUS ADJUSTMENT ROUTE OR MAKING UP HIS MIND THIS TIME AROUND TO OVERSTAY. I SUSPECT THIS PASSPORT IN QUESTION MAY JUST LAND THE HANDS OF THE NIGERIA IMMIGRATION SERVICE OR SOME LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY THOUGH. Calm down oh

Thanks
Truth is, I'm finding it difficult to believe that you don't actually have an answer to this your quest. You sure played with lots of options Na. How on earth did you get to where you saw and PRINTED the "Dropbox Confirmation Letter"? I await the outcome of what you already did sir, maybe there is one or two new things for me to learn on this. I'm sure I talked to you from experience about getting ready to get another MRV receipt via a new visa fee payment.

Why do Nigerians celebrate receiving a Visa to a foreign country? It's quite embarrassing. Some even fast and pray over it. I can understand giving tips and guiding people to complete their forms.

Na so e dey pain? Even if na for ego sake, e reach to celebrate. How about being rejected always even when you know that you know you are qualified and only want to use the visa as applied for by you? Honor instead of shame is worth celebrating joor!
There isn't much big deal in a visa but it is worth celebrating because they could have rejected her and allow her to be 'shamed' by some 'nonsense and ingredients' peeps for no good reason as done here previously right before our very eyes. I celebrate with you Chloe7 jare

I am not referring to anyone in particular, rather you lot. And yes i have gotten a US visa and other visa's severally but i find it funny when u lot seem excited about it. I expect a 'hey, i got my Visa today' and i don't even expect others to say 'congrats'. Just 'have a good holiday'. Anyway, what do i know? African's and our colonial mentality.

I understand, but I will just quote you and ask a question. You wrote on the other thread and I quote, "Can a male visitor to d US use an opportunity to do a medical checkup or fitness check? There will be no recourse to public funds. The need to do a checkup is an after thought and not the primary aim of travelling.
If it would get one in trouble please kindly advice. Don't want any problems with the Yanks". Make I no talk to you on the "after thought" issue anyways, if na colonial mentality e be about as you yarn, which one you come dey fia Yanks dey guide your own visa jealously? Well, you be matured person as deduced from your other posts and I like the way you dey write better English, so I go just let am slide. Lol. I never want to break the laws in any country, even if it's in Benin Republic. it's not about 'fia-ring' the Yanks.
People are too quick to be belligerent, all i said was in good faith, it's good to travel and see the world, nothing beats that form of exposure. It's good to share tips and information. But celebrating like one has won the lottery is quite funny especially when you realize that even the Yanks are reading.
No hard feelings. Make una nor vex if i sound offending and rude. Bye.

hi really I just think you should understand that people are different and so are reactions different too, you don't expect everyone to be like you, just because you didn't jubilate doesn't mean others shouldn't and I don't think it has anything to do with colonialism or whatever, well well if you have been refused maybe twice before finally getting it i'm sure your reaction will definitely be different from when you get it at first trial. Cheers
