I don’t even know that this case is still dragging on. Remember the case between a Nigerian woman, , Michelle Nwakalor, and her French ex-partner, Franck Reyman? The estranged ex met in court today. According to Nwakalor, Franck, is asking for full custody of their son Xavier and also N5million for damages.

It would be recalled that Franck stormed their son’s school, who turned 7 recently and vanished with him after showing the school a court order.

eyah but i can raise two legal issues from the above scenario;
1. Whether the man or his wife did more work in producing the handsome baby, that is anyone that resembles him more wins the child.

The guy is just being mean! Why not joint custody rather than wanting to have full custody of the child?
This is not a matter of whether she can take care of him or not. Going by his actions, he wanted to completely alienate mother and child, which is bad. I know he may want to cite like her lifestyle as excuse to take him from her. We don't know the full story anyway.
Why there would be court order for him to take full custody without the lady being invited is what I don't understand.
Anyways, it's not new, justice is most often skewed in favour of...........*sighs*

The Man did not kidnap the child, he has a clearly valid court order to take 'full and unconditional' custody of his boy.
