What about that kind of business where i am the sole proprietor?

Please somebody should clarify!!! what about businesses that directors are not involved for example i own a poultry farm where i employ only two or three people how am i to go about opening account for the business??

These are requirements for opening a corporate account for private limited company i.e ltd. You do not need board of resolution for business name (ventures and the likes).
